After months of hard work and preparation, the waters are roaring with excitement. It is time to slide into Tanganyika Wildlife Park to visit our brand-new 5,000 square foot Tanganyika Falls Splash Park.
We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions about the soon-to-open Tanganyika Falls Splash Park for guests to have all the knowledge they need to plan their trip.
Q: When does splash park open?
A: The Tanganyika Falls Splash Park officially opens to the public on Monday, August 24.
Q: What are the features of Tanganyika Falls?
A: Well, we will start with the fact that it’s a brand-new 5,000 square foot fully customized colorful animal-themed paradise. We filled it with awesome aquatic features that kids will love such as slides, water tipping buckets, climbing structures, waterfalls, large animal characters, and a giant water-spewing giraffe. Is this sounding like a kids-only type of thing? Think again – feel free to visit the bar where you will find four craft beers, frozen drinks and specialty cocktails that allow adults to have some responsible fun. Plus, you can relax assured knowing that your kids are having a blast and tiring themselves out – meaning they will likely sleep well tonight 😉
Q: Will I have access to Tanganyika Falls with my park admission during regular park hours?
A: Absolutely! That is part of the fun. With the addition of our new splash park, a visit to Tanganyika is a parent’s dream and a mini vacation for kids. Experience an exotic animal adventure and then cool down in a tropical resort-like splash park.
Q: Will season pass holders get exclusive access to Tanganyika Falls?
A: Yes! To show our appreciation for our 2020 seasons pass holders, we are letting season pass holders reserve free after-hours access. Starting on Tuesday, August 25 through Friday, August 28, pass holders can reserve 1 hour in the splash park between 5 pm and 8 pm. In addition, we will have a special Happy Hour at the bar and meal deals.
