Easter Event in Wichita Kansas Bunny Bonanza

Bunny Bonanza Easter Event at Tanganyika Wildlife Park

Are you looking for a fun Easter activity for your kiddos this spring? Head out to Tanganyika Wildlife Park on Saturday, April 16th for our annual Easter event, Bunny Bonanza! For the last ten years, the Easter Bunny has visited us at Tanganyika one day before coming to deliver goodies for everyone else, so make sure to join us for outdoor Easter fun for the whole family!

Spread throughout the Park, we’ll have six Easter Egg Hunt Stations where kids can win candy and prizes. Instead of the crazy free-for-all you sometimes see at egg hunts, we’ll be refilling our stations with prizes all day long, so this is a perfect activity for kids of all ages! And don’t forget to stop by the Egg Factory, located next to the Thirsty Sloth, to pick up your larger prizes! Make sure to visit the Courtyard next to Tanganyika Falls for games, pick up a take-home craft kit, and even get your photo taken with the Easter Bunny!

The best part about Bunny Bonanza is that it’s included in your admission for the day! That’s right – you can bring the family out for Easter fun and visit the Park at the same time! As you explore the Park (and get Easter goodies), stop by the Children’s Zoo and feed our bunnies and see if you can find at least one other animal that would be good at hopping around like the Easter Bunny!

Bunny Bonanza has become an Easter tradition for many families in Wichita, so be sure to reserve your tickets ahead of time. This is especially true for season pass holders – our reservations will fill up for April 16th, so secure your spot now!
